Seeking Affordable Cost Segregation Firm for Recent $400k Property

Hi BP Folks,

I have a 400K property that i bought this June 2023. I would like to get cost segregation study done to save on my taxes. But definitely don't want to spend 5k or more.

Any recommendations please. Appreciate your input in advance.
