Awesome Cash analysis app for android

Hey all! I was surfing the app store on my phone and came across this app called EZ Real Estate app. The app is great. It allows you to determine what your cash flow would be on any given house on the fly. You can enter everything you might need like initial purchase price and enter estimated repairs for pretty much every aspect of a house from new roof to foundation repairs and everything in between. After you input all the info it gives you a great breakdown of what your total investment would be and cash flow . Also it includes a nice little pie graph. Check it out. I plan on using it more often especially if all I have on me is a phone and I need to make an offer on the fly while doing a walk through of a house.
