Creating My Own Real Estate Investment Calculator

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets!

I am currently in the process of creating my own Real Estate calculator! My main 3 goals are: 1) Have it be simple/quick to input information and get results back out, 2) Have it work across all property types and strategies, so rentals, flips, SFR, MFR, Office, retail, etc., and 3) Have it be able to handle both traditional and creative financing.

II would love to hear from others who have done this and would be open to sharing my current version. I would love to se what others in the community have done as well!

@Barry Ruby I think Flips will be the hardest to incorporate with everything else. Right now I completed what I think is a very simple calculator. I built in the ability to have seller 2nd position financing, with basic inputs, and basic analysis. I will message you
