What problems do you have that you wish there was a tool for?

Posted

Hey everyone, I have a question for any agent, wholesaler, investor, loan officer, or anyone else really in the real estate business. What kind of problems do you face on a daily basis that you wish there was a tool/piece of software for? What tools do you currently use frequently? Any pain points with those tools?

To give me some context, my name is Nick and I work full-time as a software engineer. I, like many of you, have become enamored by the idea of using real estate as a vehicle for building wealth. Even though I am at the start of my journey, I look forward to the opportunities it can provide and I wholeheartedly thank communities such as BP.

However, in the meantime, I feel I have a valuable set of skills that I could leverage to benefit the community. I am always looking for interesting things to build and interesting problems to solve.
