Portfolio Management Software - Not Property Management - to Replace Stessa

Hi Everyone,

Thank you in advance for all of the help.

I've been diving into portfolio management software lately. I've been having some technical difficulties with Stessa and it has been driving me nuts.

I have my own portfolio of half a dozen doors and growing, but I am also a partner in and managing the financials for 2 other portfolios. I'm not doing the property management, I have a team for that, but I need to reconcile every month as well as send out reporting to the accountant and partners.

Is there an economical software (like Stessa) that works well?

I found Doorloop which looks like a great software but is a lot of money on small portfolios like mine.

I've looked through the forums. There is some information there, but seems like the information is either older or applies to full blown property management.
