All, I want to start giving you more golden nuggets through this group. 

OK, here we go.. which one to pick.. so many nuggets, .. ok how about this one. 

Someone had asked me how I do what I do so successfully... well.. here you go. Here is how.

I have really dissected ranking #1 on Google and turned it into a recipe. What I discovered was this, and it makes perfect sense. You WILL rank #1 on Google if you can SHOW Google that by doing so (Google ranking you #1) it would make Google's traffic happy with Google's decision to rank you #1. Otherwise, no one would still use Google (if they ranked crappy sites #1).

OK makes sense. 

So it is all about value. Your site needs to give value... but not so fast. Not value to anyone or everyone.. no no, it is intent-based value. You need to give value to your ideal traffic, and no one else. If Google sees that your site gives value to your ideal traffic, "motivated sellers", google will start ranking you for THAT EXACT specific traffic.. motivated sellers. Right? Right! OK so how do you provide value to your ideal audience... well first you need to KNOW your ideal audience. 

You need to create an avatar of your ideal audience. I can help with this. Your ideal audience has a pain point. This pain point is their current situation. And this audience wants to have that pain gone, solved, which is their desired situation. So right now they are in some kind of "pain" and they hit Google up to find ways to solve that pain to reach that desired situation where the pain is no longer there. 

Here is the key. 

You need to position yourself to be the bridge or vehicle, that takes your ideal audience from their current situation (in pain) to the desired situation through your proposed solution... i.e. through the services you offer. 

NOW: The message on your site or ad, needs to resonate 100% with their current situation. It is your resonance with their current situation that will grab the attention of your ideal audience. The more your message resonates with their pain point the more effective your ad or website will be luring them in. 

Once they are on the site, or reading your ad, it is your proposed solution that is what will convert them into a lead. 

Your message resonance, and gets them interested, while your solution converts them into a lead. And this is ALL I do. My entire system revolves around message resonance. And the better you accomplish this, the more leads you will get! 

Now, the reason why DMM, cold calling, texting the foreclosure list, absentee owners list, probate list, garage sale list, the "I am a man but identify as a monkey" list, green list blue list dog's list AND cat's list, gives such low success rate is BECAUSE your message doesn't resonate with that audience.

That audience is NOT motivated, (I have been saying this for 7 years now).  No list can target motivated sellers, CAN'T. Agian, that is why those strategies take so many mailers calls or texts.

No don't just do more of it ... that is not the solution, do something ELSE, that leverages the key principles of motivated seller attraction AND conversions to get deals.
