PropStream Pre-foreclosure Notice of Default / Lis Pendens Missing Data

Does anyone use Propstream to research pre-foreclosure property data. I've just came to notice there is a large amount of foreclosure filings missing from the database in NYC. The earliest data available for Notice of Default / Lis Pendens in NYC filings are from July 2022. I've contacted them and they have just become aware of this issue which is a bad look in my opinion as this has been going on for sometime.  The service seems to be going DOWNSTREAM..... Has anyone else experienced this issue in other markets?
