Social Media Strategies - Looking for Input!

Hi all,

I am an agent / investor in Wilmington, North Carolina. This year I am really focusing on my social media presence and trying to figure that whole world out. I have a running list of content ideas in my phone's notes I jot down when I think of anything.

I really want to provide actual value, and I am aware enough to know that not everything I think of are things people care about. I figured I'd hop on here to ask the good poeple of BP what they like to hear about, it can be as broad or specific as you'd like. I know there are others looking to do the same thing, so it would be amazing to get some ideas in here that way those people can take advantage as well.

Social media is a funny beast and much more difficult than people give it credit for. Personally, I wanna know how I can improve MY business. The "learn this trick" videos are getting old. Teach me how to be a social media specialist. Give me a task for 20-30 mins a day that I can help RUN my business with social media. Better yet, give me the tools to teach a VA how to run my business the way I WANT from a social media perspective.
