Use 1 CRM account for multiple projects, not multiple accounts!

Happy Friday guys! Friendly piece of advice when using a CRM for anything, don’t make multiple accounts/databases for different projects. Try to use one account, and just use different “tags” or “properties” within the CRM that you can sort by to be able to access the specific lists.

I have been trying to export a list of contacts from one of my hubspot accounts to the other to consolidate into one big one, and it is not syncing over notes from phone calls from conversations with folks from 2-3 years ago and it has been a fun afternoon 😂! Use one account and multiple tags, not the other way around!

Happy Friday guys! 😁
