AI for Real Estate Investors and Databases

I have databases consisting of 1,341 lenders for RE as well as close to 20,000 contacts at family offices, hedge funds, endowments and pension funds.

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc.

Hi Nate! Not sure if I would immediately go to using AI for recommendation/match making. You would need quite a massive amount of training data to actually build something like that for it to actually give valid and relevant results. Instead I'd focus on building an application that allows people to easily search the database. It would be relatively straightforward to have something that would allow them to put in their address and then provide a list of contacts within 50 miles, no AI/machine learning needed. You could create user profiles with an enum field called type or occupation that would allow people to search for other users with a specific job in a specific area.

Very cool idea! I agree with Nicholas, I think you can build a very basic query that collects info from submitters, and then returns results based on one data set, like geo. I'm sure there are plenty of back-end devs out there ready to take this challenge on, though! I used to be part of the Drupal community and would be happy to point you in the right direction of a back-end dev.

    Hi Nate,

Wondering if this was ever done. I'd be interested!

There have been some very poor attempts. I am focused on my REINDEER platforrm (Real Estate Investors Networking Education Empowerment and Resources). Our REINDEER games get results.
