Providing Internet to Tenants

Hello All,

Does anyone know the best way to provide internet to tenants? Apartaments are providing internet, technology packages, covered parking, pet area to tenants at a charge and I'd like to know how provide internet specifically:

- get internet for LLC?

- get a powerful wireless router?

- offer specific passwords for each tenant?

- charge with monthly rent?

I called the local internet provider but they dont have a good solution for it.
