Legality of automation of handyman contacting
Hello, ya'll, I am looking to streamline the way my tenants can contact me by implementing a Google Voice type answering system. If this system directs the tenant to contact a handyman and they go through with it, should the tenant always have to foot the bill, since they contacted the contractor. Are there any landlord-tenant laws stating that landlords must warn that tenants will be charged if they contact a handyman? Thanks!
