Any Tips for Podcasting/Social Media

So Recently I've been trying to figure out Social Media in terms of podcasting. I currently have a good following on Tiktok (14k followers) but not with my Target Demographic. I'm putting more importance on my podcast I'm driving traffic in from TikTok. HOWEVER I feel like I can be doing more to grow it here are some of the things I've done to promote my Real Estate Podcast. Word of Mouth, Posted on All Socials , Went into Facebook groups, Do y'all recommend anything to grow the podcast a bit more?
