What software do you use to track your key performance indicators (KPIs)? A custom spreadsheet, dashboard, app, etc.? 

For people who use the CRM Follow Up Boss: What KPIs/metrics do you track beyond what’s already tracked in FUB? If so, what integration/software do you use?
