My property manager has a keeping track of things.  They also do not leverage all the available tools out there.  I'm seriously considering moving on from them.  Can anyone recommend a good PM software?

Hello William,

It would be helpful to know what exactly you are trying to track, but assuming 'everything', it also depends on how many doors you have, because fixed costs can be marginally expensive when its 1 door, but if its 500 doors, the fixed vs variable cost game is very different.

A few options to look at:
QuickBooks
Stessa
TurboTenant
RentRedi

Each focuses on different things, but those are probably a good place to start looking if you arent sure what exactly you want.

Best, Martin
