Showing Reservation System

Any recommendations on using some sort of reservation management system to schedule showing appointments? Something like what you see for medical or restaurant appointments. I'd like to provide potential tenants with some sort of automated system where they can sign up for an available time slot online or in an app.  The system would then follow up with confirmation via email and text. That way I would know whether or not the showing is still a go without having to go to a property and sit there.
