AirBnb/Short Term Rental Regulation Update

Richmond City Council implemented new regulations over the summer, drastically restricting AirBnbs and other short-term rentals. For those involved in these investments, what has your experience been so far?

Have you been able to obtain a permit?

Has Richmond City been timely in issuing said permits?

Is demand still there for short term rentals in Richmond City, even in spite of Covid?
