Looking for a CPA who knows/participates in the Richmond VA residential real estate market. I've reviewed websites, but looking for anyone who has a personal recommendation of who may, or may not, be worth reaching out to for my local market. I'm a single family rental property investor who is just getting started. I currently have two properties, my previous residence and a family members residence who recently passed away and is currently held under a Trust. This has very quickly surpassed my Tax knowledge wheelhouse!
