Best list to pull from?
I was wondering what list people are having the most success with pulling. We are skip tracing and cold calling and always looking to improve our business. I think stacking lists is brilliant and I have found it to be highly effective. One time I bought a house and when I went to get the power turned on the power company required me to pull a permit just to turn on the power because power had been disconnected from the house for so long. Now those houses with power disconnected for extended periods of time is a list I would like to get my hands on. What lists are you having the most success with?
