Hello, I am new to the BiggerPockets forum but not new to RE investing in the Richmond Area. There seems to be a shortage of deals in the Richmond and Surrounding areas right now. Can anyone recommend any good wholesalers or alternative methods of finding deals in the current RE climate. Thank you
