Studio to Quad!!! Advice Navigating My First Multi-family Rehab

I recently got site control of a Quadplex that needs work. The property is in Ginter Park on Chamberlayne ave on the Northside. There is a ton of activity in the area and the tides are begining to change. I have been approved for a 203k loan and i am looking to househack.

The previous owner, pulled permits, but ran out of funding from underestimating rehab costs. The permits have since expired. I am looking not to stumble where he did.... and cost out the project correctly.

My Inspection is scheduled for this weekend, and I have 15 day inspection and 60 day closing. I am looking for advice from locals on great general contractors, plumbers, electricians that would be interested in walking the property quoting the job, and that also have a reputation for quality work and craftsmanship.
