Need a Real Estate that has done a Auction.com deal Chesterfield

Hi

I am currently in the process of getting a heloc through my primary residence.  I plan on taking that money to purchase yet another investment property.  I've been watching some Auction.com deals in my area and would like to use an agent to guide me along.  Please only agents that have done an Auction.com deal only. An agent that has a closing attorney and knows a title company would be even better.

An agent in the tri cities, Chesterfield or Dinwiddie area as that is where I will be investing.
