I have been following BP for over a year now and am a big fan.  Finally I decided to buy a rental property.  I have an accepted offer on a small multi-family apartment building in Yonkers.  Will appreciate if the forum members can share any thoughts on Yonkers.  Also, looking to get a home inspector to inspect it before signing the contract.  I would appreciate if you can recommend a home inspector.
