Hello Long island,

Professional kitchen/bath/ general contractor looking to expand and acquire more flip projects. 

Interested in lender offers and terms. OR  For investors, Projects usually require a 50% investment of 250 to 300k

minimum, secured by deed and formal contract. Projected returns on deals is 50 to 90k. projected timeline is 4 to 6 weeks depending on condition. You can be a working investor or a non working. Not looking for a long term commitment, One deal at a time. Must have excellent credit, references and proof of funds. Prior experience is a plus but not necessary. projects will be sold at the end or can be can be refi to cash out 80% LTV
