Multi family - Albany area

Hi everyone! 

I am from upstate New York (Waterford) and I currently own 2 rental properties.  I am looking to acquire more properties in my area to help grow my portfolio.  I am looking for advice in this area or that is familiar with this area to help answer questions and give me guidance.  Any other advice/help regarding next steps/financing would be greatly appreciated.
