Hi everyone. I’m just getting into the wholesale business. I’m having trouble locating properties for sale (actually ready to be sold) right now. I’m located in Rochester, NY but am open to purchase anywhere in the East coast. Can anyone one offer any guidance? Thoughts on auctions?
