Hudson Valley SF/MF Houses

My fiance and I live in LI are looking for REI friendly agents in the Hudson Valley area. We are interested in buy and hold single or multi family houses but need some education in possible areas.

Beacon has been up and coming for a while but seems it is pretty expensive right now. Newburgh has some potential but some not so great areas as well. Any other insights to investing in the Hudson Valley region are welcome!

Hi Jason. I’m Eric.  I’m a long islander as well. I moved to poughkeepsie 15 yrs ago and started buying. I own a multi and a handful of singles and condos.  I run one of the meet ups.
