Seeking land around the Finger Lakes

I'm looking for a piece of land around the Finger Lakes. Preferably between Seneca and Cayuga lakes, but flexible. Looking for something under $25k. I'm flexible on acreage, if there's a structure on it, that's also fine as long as I can tear it down. Would be willing to pay more if it has electric / well / septic already on the property. 

I'm ideally looking for land that's a bit private, back in the woods. I'm planning to put RV pads / tiny homes on the property so I want it to feel vacation-y.
