Need Properties for Master Lease Options in Upstate NY

Hi fellow investors,

I`ve been flipping in Ohio for the last 2 years, and now I`m expanding into Upstate NY.  I`m looking to secure properties with Master Lease Options.  If anyone has any recommendations, I`m all ears!!   Thanks bunches :)
