House Hacking within Buffalo NY

Hello all, Long time lurker of this forum.

I am getting close to having myself fully ready to take the dive into estate. I am a local to Buffalo, I am younger and wanting to house hack into the first few duplexes.  I am wondering if there are any great realtors that you guys can point me too? 

Also, I am wondering if any local people would like to meet up and talk about ideas that we have. Like I said, I am new to this, but have been reading and listening to many sources. I feel that I need to express my ideas to others.
