Realistic Investment Goals -

Members, I need your help in pinpointing a few important numbers.

Let's consider you have a single family home priced at $150,000 in the Rochester, NY area ( or suburbs)

What the average down-payment you make? Granted you want to save the insurance premium by going 20%. But realistically, what's a good number to aim for.

What's a realistic CAP rate you can expect in Rochester area ?

Appreciate any advice you can share.
