Z Buyers Club any reviews from the sellers perspective

Can you tell me anything about Z Buyers Club from the sellers perspective? I have a home in Monticello, NY 12701 listed on Craigslist for $40,999 all cash only. Its assessed for over $70,000. The house needs work but is doable. Z buyers club contacted me, a Maria Lasah offering me $43,000 sight unseen. I'm from NYC so I dont trust just anyone. Presently I live in Central NJ, I want her to accompany me to the house to verify this deal. I wont sign anything till I get offered cash in hand. My daughter is a realtor in Northern NJ and has never heard of them. I would show my ad but I believe that would be a violation of the rules here

Any sellers out there or realtors have experience with this outfit good or bad?
