Rental Lease

Good evening everyone, I have my first two tenants moving into my duplex this upcoming weekend.  I have done my homework on the lease and think it is pretty good, but I know I need to include some information with it.  Is the pamphlet from the EPA on lead based paint the only thing required to include with the lease?
