Question on Adding En-suite Bathroom to Primary Bedroom
I'm interested in learning the process of adding an en-suite bathroom to a primary bedroom in a DC row home. Questions:
- Can I develop a floor plan using a cad software, submit the plan for a permit through DCRA, and do the work myself?
- Or, do I need to work with an architect to develop a floor plan, then find a contractor who is licensed to do the work, and then submit the plan for a permit through DCRA?
Thanks everyone!
