Cost Estimates for DC 4-Unit Deal

Hello BP,

I'm looking at a 4-unit deal in DC that needs a complete gut rehab. The building is just a shell and is +1100sq ft above grade. Looking for estimates on rehab costs from contractors/rehabbers with experience with these types of deals. Any other tips/advice with such deals are welcome.
