Hi All, my offer was just accepted on a 4-plex EOTR (first investment). Any recommendations for a thorough home inspector that won't mind me tagging along and asking questions.

@Cori Thomas “Won’t mind...” As the prospective buyer and the one paying for that inspection, you have every right to attend and ask as many questions as you’d like.
