Hottest Neighborhoods in Washington D.C
Hello,
I am a new investor for the Washington Area and currently work with a few buyers. Mainly everyone is asking for petworth and congress heights/anacostia. What are other areas buyers want to find deals in the d.c area?

Adding to the list - Deanwood, Hillbrook, Hillcrest. Agreed with @Junie Joseph the SW Waterfront and southwest area in general are definitely gaining popularity.
