Lenders for multifamily (4 unit)
Does anyone know of any lenders in the DC area who offer the VA loan for multifamily properties. I started with navy federal but learned they only finance 2 unit properties. I know all the larger banks do but I still wanted to search around to see if there were better terms out there. The lowest rate I received thus far was a 3.5% 30-year fixed.
