New Agent Looking to Select Investor-Friendly Brokerage DC/MD/VA
Hi BP Family,
I recently passed my RE exam for MD and am preparing to obtain my DC license and thereafter VA. Can anyone provide suggestions on good brokerages for agents who plan to be active investors as well? I was strongly leaning towards a DC Keller Williams brokerage I know of due to the strong training and positive feedback I got from a friend who just affiliated with them, but would like other suggestions before I commit. I was hoping to find brokerage options where there were other investor agents that I could hopefully learn from.
Any suggestions would be appreciated and thanks!
