Ideas for How to Sell a Backyard Tiny Home in DC?

Hi all, I converted an Amish shed with a ten year warrantee into a backyard guest home/home office, kind of like a stater tiny home or she-shed. I would like to now sell it, but i am not even sure how to! Does anyone have ideas about how to sell this? Where to post, communities that may be interested, etc.? Thanks!
