Hi all, I converted an Amish shed with a ten year warrantee into a backyard guest home/home office, kind of like a stater tiny home or she-shed. I would like to now sell it, but i am not even sure how to! Does anyone have ideas about how to sell this? Where to post, communities that may be interested, etc.? Thanks!

The first step would be to check with the zoning department at the District govt building by Union Station to see if the lot is subdivideable. They are generally not that friendly in there, so just be prepared a bit for the run around. I suggest going in person to talk to them since if you call or email you will never get an answer.
