Greetings,

My wife in I have started a company with real estate investing. I am an electrician and all my co workers want to do is fix up properties. To further immerse my family in a life style that is calling us, we figure it would be best if we start with her obtaining a license and getting in to sales. It would be a wonderful way to learn our market, sharpen our knowledge on terms and deals and get started down a great path. Of course investment is our overall goal so with that in mind we are looking for smaller brokerages, but the question is what place should we go to to take the classes and the test. Who has a high pass rate and offers great classes? I have searched the forums and got good advice on brokerages wether to go small or large  and I know this is primarily for investing, but we want to be involved in all aspects. Thank you for your time.

I recommend using PDI online in Kensington to take the classes. However if you just want to be investors, Id suggest focusing on that and not getting your license. While there are pluses to having your license, there are also minuses.
