Is property still available and can it be used for commercial at all?

In md, when you look up a business it etheir says active or forfeited, it says if you have not filled a former before April 15th it is automatically forfeited so now I wonder how the seller can sell it 

What happens if I am renting a property from a business that has been forfeited??

yeah thanks for the insight I didn't even think of those points. The class is for my wife, I believe it will fit her perfectly but I thought of getting mine to just because, but that give me more to weigh, thanks!
