depending on what your doing... an attorney is not needed for buying and selling or fix and flip sfr's in this market.
all the title companies in WA do nice work. its best to befriend an escrow officer you like and then feed them your deals. Customer service at our title companies can be very helpful.
Contractors are contractors you just have to shop until you find one you like.
CPA again this is not complicated accounting by any means any CPA could help you just find one you get along with.
good luck with whatever your niche is.. and remember to take into account the Excise tax if your flipping RE... Also if your trying to buy direct from owners... tax's must be current to transfer title.. so no equity deals can be expensive for you to buy if the seller has no money either.

Thanks Jay! I did find an awesome escrow officer, we have done 3 deals together so far. Also thanks for the feedback.
Elliot I am looking for an Attorney who is preferably a CPA and an investor to hire. Any leads?
