Reasonable quote for tub/tile replacement?
Hi all, I just received a quote of $5,560 to replace to replace the tiling and tub in my condo. I am currently house hacking it but will turn it into a section 8 rental come next year to cash flow solidly. The contractor quoted me that figure to go down to the drywall, take it out, place waterproof membrane, new tiles, and tub and paint the bathroom. Does that seem reasonable to folks based on your experience? Thanks!
