What J said! Why are you looking for a "course"? There is a goldmine of information here on BP, in many different mediums (guides, forums, blogs, podcasts, videos, etc), much more than you will find in any course. You may need to take some time to organize some of the information, but it is well worth it and can save you a lot of money.

As I said in the podcast, I have never paid for a single real estate course, coach, mentor, guru, etc (besides the agent licensing course), and I think I am off to a pretty good start.
