I curious who is on a team. And what systems do you have in place to make your business more efficient and more scalable?

For context we work with investors primarily buyers agents looking for rental investments

Any and all information helps. I’m looking into “slack” for communications, so if anyone has any experience with that, and how they use it for there business I would like to know about that too.
