Lindsey Jean - Cash Cow Know How System ?

Question

Hello everyone!  I was wondering if you all have come across this program by Lindsey Jean.  It talks about wholesaling deals off the MLS using Realtors as bird dogs.  She says she interviews all the realtors in her area and then picks a team to work with and train on her criteria.  She herself was a Realtor for a few years before becoming an investor as well.

I am wondering if anyone has any idea how she does her system so maybe I can do the research myself.... or if anyone has had experience with her program?  It costs $797 and comes with a computer program that is a deal analyzer among some other perks.

@Anna Strait please note the ones who say its a good deal have 1 post each, it looks a lot like an account written up for 1 purpose, a good review.  I could be wrong, but nearly every Guru course I have seen posted here has the same method of operation.

If Lindsey Jeans gets  you by the hand and shows you how her program will work in real time, then it might be worth a try, and I never found a snake-oil salesmen willing to do that.

I did some research and found that this course appears to have been created by the slime bag Marco Kozlowski. The same Marco Kozlowski that had to leave the country for fear that some of the people he screwed over might come after him Pulp Fiction style. I almost couldn't believe that Lindsey Jean would associate with people like that but as her "mentor" says, you are the average of the 5 people you hang out with the most and it should tell you a lot knowing that she has anything to do with Marco. This is Lindsey Jean, I"m far from a "guru" like Eric mentions.  I really just think I'm a normal persona who became very successful in real estate kinda by accident. In general, I am leery about guru programs.  I have a feeling you can learn whatever it is Lindsey is going to teach you here at Bigger Pockets.  Also, there are a ton of free deal analyzers you can get here at BP

There are usually way better ways to spend the money than on these guru programs.

I tried to find reviews on her program, but didn't find any.  Not a good sign.  No offense to Lindsey, but I am skeptical and the specific niche doesn't sound like it would be a good business model.

Lindsey Jean is without a doubt the most selfless,honest person I've ever known. She genuinely cares for people in a completely altruistic way. She isn't a guru but possibly a bodhisattva would be a more accurate description. She is open and vulnerable with people. If you ever find yourself in a position to learn from or interact with this powerful woman do it! She is for real!

I wanted to post a reply for anyone who is considering purchasing Lindsey Jean's Cash Cow Know How.  Lindsey is the real deal!  My wife, Kelly and I purchased her program this past March and I had the opportunity to fly to San Diego to attend her Boot Camp.  I was extremely impressed with Lindsey's Professionalism, system,  and showing all of us who attended, at the weekend Boot camp, how to be successful investing in Real Estate.  Her approach to doing Real Estate deals is the exact way I want to do them, where all parties involved in the deal come out on top.

Many Real Estate Instructors or Guru's out there will charge you big bucks for their program and then once you have purchased their program, you find the system doesn't work or you never hear from them again.  This is not the case with Lindsey.

Lindsey is one of the most kind, and giving persons I have met and she wants all of her students to succeed.  If you decide to purchase her program, it will be well worth the investment.

Jennifer Blanks I have the same exact feeling you have for Marco Kozlowski.  He is a total scam.  I would like to give you direct information to facts as you referenced you'd done research.  I was never a student of Marcos' ever. EVER!  He heard about numerous students of mine being successful and asked if I would do a training to help his students at one of his live events and also via webinar.  I agreed.  And it was awful!  He never did anything he said he would, he constantly broke his word to me and still to this day (over 2 years later) still owes me money.  It really sucks to have been associated with him for 90 minutes and 2 years later somehow stories get made up that we worked together.  I helped his students and myself was taken advantage of.

Not everyone is scammers, there are a lot of amazing people out there giving back and helping others.  Don't be so bitter that you miss the good people and opportunities in your life.

My name is Lewis and I went out to take the class from Lindsey.  It has been the best class I have had although I have not been to a million.  One of the nice things I like about her class is that it is not just theory in the classroom.  We all piled into a bus and went to houses and discussed pros and cons of each one.  This really helped me as a newbie make all this real estate stuff real.  Of course, you can always find your way and read books about real estate but I appreciate having a mentor or someone to coach me through some of the first deals.  So it is nice to have Lindsey on my team as a mentor as well.  I think without her class I would be just an investor-class junkie and never taking my first steps to make some real deals.  I appreciate that her system is not requiring me to quit my day job.  And I am started and finding deals and beginning to make offers thanks to her help and down-to-earth teaching.  None of her techniques are complicated... it is just nice to have someone share in a small class environment and tell you what step one is... then step two...
