Multi-family coach/mentor/guru feedback

Looking for feedback on various multi-family mentors/coaches/gurus. I plan to begin my multi-family journey in 2021 with the goal to actively syndicate a deal by year end. During the last few weeks of December, I spoke to a variety of coaches or groups and would love to hear feedback from the BP community.
