Yeah this was not a good experience for me. IT HAS A BUNCH OF VIDEOS That Is time consuming with note takingTHIS IS THE RESULTS OF MY REFUND From Janie.....Hi there's no refunds it's stated on the website the only thing I can do is can exchange for another program. So you just take people money. MY MONEY.  She also stated...Our company has been in busy for over 25 years. This is unbelievable.  I told her you been in business for 25 years yet your last review was in 2013. Someone else inquired 2016. Why are there no reviews for 2020? Great doing business with you. People are frequent desperate. I would rush to give a 500 refund of making billions to unhappy customers 😒  This is the day the Lors has made for me. This to shall pass. Lost my mom on this day 15 years ago. All will be redeemed. 

Life is full of learning experience for a business to be here for 25 years with no refunds are red flags. All is well. Just sharing my experience
